Whitefield Academy is a fully accredited K-12 school located in Louisville, Kentucky. Test scores have consistently ranked Whitefield among the top ten private schools of Louisville in the past five years.
Whitefield Academy is a private, Christian, co-educational school, which concentrates on preparing its students for college and for life. Founded in 1976, the school is located in Louisville, Kentucky. It is the mission of Whitefield Academy to serve Christian families by providing a Christ-centered, Biblically-based education marked by academic excellence and spiritual vitality.
The Student Body
Whitefield Academy enrolls each year 750+ students in grades PS-12. Class size averages 20 students, depending upon the grade level and the nature of the course. Ninety-five percent of graduating seniors attend college. The admissions process is tailored for the student of above average ability. There is no discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, ethnic or national origin.
The Faculty
There are annually over 50 full-time faculty. Faculty-to-student ratio is 16:1. The faculty consists of certified personnel with all having Bachelors degrees and 18 Masters degrees or greater. Several members are actively pursuing graduate studies.

Trust, respect, responsibility and honesty are fundamental principles which must be upheld by all members of the Whitefield Academy community in order to create an atmosphere in which scholarship and integrity may flourish. Whitefield Academy believes in the value of the honor system as applied to the preparation of a student's work and the taking of examinations. The school believes that the honor system is part of a larger standard of behavior that applies to all that a student does as a member of the community.
