A Christ-centered community where every student is seen, known & loved.

Is your child growing on a foundation you trust?

As a parent, you’re deciding on the kind of daily influence that will nurture your child’s heart and mind. That’s why choosing the right community matters. At Whitefield Academy, students are shaped in an environment that helps them pursue their God-given potential.

With a caring community, Whitefield students engage in college-prep academics rooted in a Christian worldview, then step into extracurriculars where they can contribute and connect. Over time, they become the kind of leaders our vision calls for — ready to impact the world through Biblical thought and action.

It’s a foundation that families can trust.

We’re excited to welcome Whitefield alumna Tessa Nauert as our new girls Volleyball Head Coach! 🏐💙💛

Tessa’s volleyball journey began right here at Whitefield, where she developed a love for the game before continuing her career at Bellarmine University as a defensive specialist/libero. She finished her collegiate career in 2025 holding the record for aces in Bellarmine’s Division I era and most recently coached Whitefield’s first-ever boys volleyball team.

Reflecting on her time as a student, Tessa shared:

“Playing at Whitefield shaped me in so many ways that I’ve carried far beyond the court. I learned more than just volleyball skills—leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are lessons I still use every day.”

What excites her most about this new role?

“Being able to pour into the girls and watch them grow. The game of volleyball is so special to me, but what makes it so special is the people! I’m excited to watch the girls grow on and off the court, just as I did during my time at Whitefield.”

Welcome home, Coach Nauert! We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make on and off the court. 🏐

Next up is Jenni Perry, who will be joining our High School team as our Art Teacher!

Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

When asked what she loves most about Christian education, Jenni shared:

“I feel truly blessed to be involved in Christian Education. While education in general allows us to foster the gifts and abilities God has given each student, to be able to freely share Christ with students everyday is a privilege. No matter how successful our students become in this world, if they miss heaven, they’ve missed God’s greatest blessing.”

We’re excited to welcome Jenni to Whitefield Academy and look forward to seeing how she inspires creativity and points students to Christ through the arts.

We’re growing! Help us welcome the newest faces joining the Whitefield Academy community. Each of these individuals brings unique gifts, experience, and a heart for serving students and families. Stay tuned as we introduce them throughout the summer!

First up is Gustavo Chaydez, who will be teaching high school English for our freshman and sophomore classes!

His favorite Bible verse is Colossians 2:3: “In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”

When asked what he loves most about Christian education, Mr. Chaydez shared:

“I love Christian education because it is an amazing context to demonstrate that Jesus didn’t come only to save our souls (1 Peter 1:9) but also to redeem our minds (Rom 12:2; 2 Cor 10:5) for the glory of God.”
