A Christ-centered community where every student is seen, known & loved.

Is your child growing on a foundation you trust?

As a parent, you’re deciding on the kind of daily influence that will nurture your child’s heart and mind. That’s why choosing the right community matters. At Whitefield Academy, students are shaped in an environment that helps them pursue their God-given potential.

With a caring community, Whitefield students engage in college-prep academics rooted in a Christian worldview, then step into extracurriculars where they can contribute and connect. Over time, they become the kind of leaders our vision calls for — ready to impact the world through Biblical thought and action.

It’s a foundation that families can trust.

Please join us in welcoming Mike Glass to our Whitefield faculty and staff!

Mr. Glass will be teaching High School Business & Finance and Business Math, while also serving as our High School Administrator. We are thrilled to have him join the Whitefield family!

Mike’s favorite Bible verse is Micah 6:8:
“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”

When asked what he loves most about Christian education, Mike shared:

“As a public school educator for my entire career, I am blessed and honored to teach and mentor students once more. Being a part of a Christian school allows me to teach through a biblical lens, showing students not just how to apply content to everyday life but how to integrate Christ into every day of their lives. Psalm 32:8 says, ‘I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.’”

We are incredibly excited to welcome Mr. Glass to the Whitefield team. His wealth of knowledge, leadership, and experience will make a lasting impact on our students and school community. We look forward to seeing all that God has in store through his ministry at Whitefield.

Welcome to Whitefield, Mr. Glass! We’re so glad you’re here! 💙📚

✨ Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Kristen Jones as she joins our faculty as a 1st Grade Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year! 🍎📚

Kristen’s favorite Bible verse is Psalm 119:68:
“You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.”

When asked what she loves most about Christian education, Kristen shared:
“As a product of both public and private schools, I am very grateful for the way the Lord used Christian education at Whitefield to deepen my desire to study His Word and draw me closer to Him. Being even a small part of teaching children to know and follow Christ is one of the sweetest privileges I can imagine.”

We are grateful that God has led Kristen back to Whitefield as an alumni and are excited to see the impact she will have on our first-grade students. Please join us in welcoming Kristen and praying for her as she prepares for a wonderful school year!

Welcome Back, Abbigail Brock! 📚

We are thrilled to welcome Abbigail Brock back to our teaching team as our 4th Grade Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year!

Mrs. Brock first joined our school family in 2022 teaching in preschool and elementary. After taking this last school year off to welcome her first child, we're so excited to have her return to the classroom—and back to 4th grade!

Abbigail’s favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:4–5.

"But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved."

When asked what she loves most about Christian education, Abbigail shared:

"I love Christian education because it allows me to teach academic excellence while grounding students in biblical truth and purpose. Integrating faith into learning helps students see their value, develop strong character, and understand how God’s truth applies to every area of life. It’s meaningful to partner with families in shaping not only knowledgeable students, but Christ-centered hearts."

Please join us in giving Mrs. Brock a warm welcome back! We can't wait to see the impact she'll make in the lives of our fourth graders this year.

We’re excited to announce Sawyer Alford as the new Head Coach of Whitefield Soccer! ⚽💙💛

Already a familiar face as our assistant coach, Sawyer steps into this role following one of the program’s strongest seasons in over a decade. With a background in ministry and a passion for developing young men, he is eager to continue building a competitive program rooted in Christ.

When asked what excites him most about leading Whitefield Soccer, Sawyer shared:

“I’m excited to be a leader for these boys on and off the field. This program has grown to be competitive over the last few years, and I’m excited to keep that going. Most importantly, I’m excited to lead these boys to Christ while winning games—to show them that you can play hard, compete to win, and still honor God with your actions and the way you play.”

Reflecting on his own journey as a student-athlete, Sawyer said:

“College made me a better athlete and worker, but most importantly, a better Christian. My coach challenged me to work as hard as I could in everything—my faith, soccer, and life. I hope our players leave Whitefield’s soccer program feeling the same way.”

Congratulations, Coach Alford! We can’t wait to see how God uses you to lead our soccer program on and off the field.

We’re excited to welcome Whitefield alumna Tessa Nauert as our new girls Volleyball Head Coach! 🏐💙💛

Tessa’s volleyball journey began right here at Whitefield, where she developed a love for the game before continuing her career at Bellarmine University as a defensive specialist/libero. She finished her collegiate career in 2025 holding the record for aces in Bellarmine’s Division I era and most recently coached Whitefield’s first-ever boys volleyball team.

Reflecting on her time as a student, Tessa shared:

“Playing at Whitefield shaped me in so many ways that I’ve carried far beyond the court. I learned more than just volleyball skills—leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are lessons I still use every day.”

What excites her most about this new role?

“Being able to pour into the girls and watch them grow. The game of volleyball is so special to me, but what makes it so special is the people! I’m excited to watch the girls grow on and off the court, just as I did during my time at Whitefield.”

Welcome home, Coach Nauert! We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make on and off the court. 🏐

Next up is Jenni Perry, who will be joining our High School team as our Art Teacher!

Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

When asked what she loves most about Christian education, Jenni shared:

“I feel truly blessed to be involved in Christian Education. While education in general allows us to foster the gifts and abilities God has given each student, to be able to freely share Christ with students everyday is a privilege. No matter how successful our students become in this world, if they miss heaven, they’ve missed God’s greatest blessing.”

We’re excited to welcome Jenni to Whitefield Academy and look forward to seeing how she inspires creativity and points students to Christ through the arts.
