Tuition Assistance Options

At Whitefield, we recognize that parents often approach tuition thoughtfully — considering priorities and long-term impact. In that spirit, we do our best to keep a Whitefield education accessible to families who feel aligned with our mission, offering several forms of tuition assistance and payment options to support that decision.

Families may apply for need-based tuition assistance through FACTS, a nationally recognized, third-party financial aid assessment service.

FACTS provides a confidential and objective review of a family’s financial information. That information is then considered by Whitefield’s tuition assistance committee as the school seeks to steward resources wisely while supporting families who desire a Whitefield education.

APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE

Tuition assistance is available for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12.

Whitefield offers flexible payment options to help families plan for their investment.

  • Pay-in-Full Option
    Families who pay tuition in full by May 1 receive a 5% discount on the tuition portion.
    An annual FACTS processing fee of $25 applies to pay-in-full families.
  • Monthly Payment Plans
    Tuition may be paid in:
    • 10 equal installments (August-May), or
    • 12 equal installments (June-May)
      An annual FACTS processing fee of $55 applies to monthly payment plans.

We offer several discounts for those who meet eligibility requirements, including:

  • Multi-Student Discount
    Families enrolling more than one child at Whitefield Academy receive a reduced tuition rate for each additional student (see Preschool and K-12 tuition tables below for multi-student rates).
  • Vocational & Service-Based Discounts
    Offered to families serving in specific callings, including:
    • Pastors
    • Full-time seminary students
    • Active Duty Military
    • Whitefield Academy employees
  • Highview Baptist Church Active Member Discount
    Active members of Highview Baptist Church may receive a $500 per child tuition discount for students enrolled in full-day, five-day Preschool or Kindergarten-12th grade, provided the family:
    • Has at least one parent actively participating in a Highview Community Group or serving in ministry at least 50% of the time, and
    • Is a regular giver to the ministries of Highview Baptist Church.

Preschool Fees:

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $100 per student is required and paid online at the time of application.
  • Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Fees: Required once a student is accepted or re-enrolling.
  • Supply & Activities Fee: $300 per student covers curriculum materials, supplies, and enrichment.
K-12 Tuition: 2026-2027

K-12 Fees & Information

  • Application Fee: A $100, non-refundable fee per student, submitted at the time of application.
  • Enrollment Fee: A $300 non-refundable fee per accepted student, due upon enrollment.
  • Re-Enrollment Fee: $150 if completed by Jan. 31; $300 beginning Feb. 1 (non-refundable).
  • Books & Activities Fee: $500 per student, which covers textbooks, curriculum materials, labs, technology, PE equipment, and the yearbook.

Tuition & Withdrawal Policy
We ask families to commit to a full year of tuition once the school year begins. If a student withdraws after the start of the year, the full year’s tuition remains due. Prior to the start of school, prorated policies apply.

Tuition at Whitefield is set to support the school’s operating expenses and the caring community students experience each day. It reflects an investment in the people, programs, and resources that make up life at Whitefield.

Tuition supports:

  • Faculty and staff who view their work as a calling and are committed to guiding students with care and integrity
  • Christ-centered curriculum and academic programming rooted in a biblical worldview
  • Daily opportunities for spiritual formation woven naturally into classroom life and community rhythms
  • Use of campus facilities, classrooms, and learning resources that support academic and personal growth
  • Student support services and a school culture where students are seen, known, and loved

Additional fees may apply for items such as books and activities, uniforms, athletics, extended care, and other optional programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Whitefield Academy offers need-based tuition assistance for families in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Families may apply through FACTS, a nationally recognized, third-party financial aid assessment service. This confidential process allows the school to thoughtfully steward resources while supporting families.

Tuition assistance is not available for Preschool students. However, Whitefield offers multiple Preschool program options and payment plans to support families as they plan.

Families apply for tuition assistance through FACTS by submitting financial information for review. FACTS provides an objective assessment, which is then carefully reviewed by Whitefield’s tuition assistance committee. This process helps ensure thoughtful consideration of each family’s circumstances.

At this time, Kentucky does not operate under a statewide voucher program.

Whitefield Academy may participate in select scholarship or education savings programs as they become available and align with the school’s mission and policies.

Families may choose to pay tuition in full by May 1 (which includes a tuition discount) or enroll in a monthly payment plan through FACTS, with options for 10 or 12 installments. These options are designed to help families plan thoughtfully for their investment.

In addition to tuition, families should plan for fees such as application, enrollment or re-enrollment, and books and activities. Optional expenses may include uniforms, extended care, athletics, field trips, and senior-related expenses.
