Why Whitefield?

“I am so thankful that my parents chose a Christian education for me, especially that they chose to send me to Whitefield Academy. Here, the content is Christ-centered, the faculty and staff are dedicated to discipling each individual, and the small class-sizes bond students into a family. These are rare qualities that are lacking so much in the world today. Even though I did not appreciate all of these unique qualities during my twelve years as a student, I am eternally grateful, now, for the impact Whitefield’s education gave me. If it was not for this biblically sound foundation I was blessed with, I would hate to think of where I would be today without it. The Lord saved me over a year ago, gave me a new heart that follows his desires, and now He has given me a burden for these students. My goal as an educator at Whitefield is to emphasize to our students how important it is to stand on the solid ground of God’s Word. This world is changing quickly into a very scary place, and without the grace of Jesus Christ, we have no hope. Our mission as Christians, and as educators at Whitefield Academy, is to raise up and equip Christian “soldiers” ready to battle at the frontlines of this godless culture. I am proud to be a part of Whitefield Academy, where I am free to speak the Truth of the gospel into others’ lives and be encouraged in the faith by many veteran Christian soldiers.”  - Kathryn (Moore) Powell, Alum & current WA Teacher

The Whitefield Difference

Families are realizing the ineffectiveness of challenging their children scholastically without strengthening them spiritually. Whitefield Academy families reap the benefits that come from high academic standards based on strong Biblical principles.
