Shuttle Service

Whitefield Academy serves students from over 30 zip codes across the Louisville metro area. Our shuttle service offers safe and reliable transportation that students may use daily.We currently offer two shuttle routes. Shuttle service is available to all students, though priority may be given based on student participation if needed. Routes are subject to change depending on enrollment.

About Shuttle Services

As part of the Shuttle Registration Form, families may select whether payment will be added to their FACTS account or submitted in full by check.

  • First Student – $1,800.00
  • Two or more students in the family – $2,000.00
  • Occasional Rider – $30.00 per day/per student

Only students who have submitted a Registration Form may ride the shuttle.

Students are to follow all behavior guidelines as listed in the Family Handbook while a passenger on the shuttle.

Food and drink are not allowed to be opened or eaten on the bus. Lunches brought onto the shuttle should remain closed.

Students are to follow all directions given to them by the driver.

Whitefield Academy employees are not stationed at shuttle stops for loading or unloading, except at the Fegenbush Campus. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s supervision before the shuttle arrives and after it departs.

While students are on the shuttle, the driver is responsible for their safe transportation to and from Whitefield Academy.

A Shuttle Service Registration Form must be on file with both Whitefield Academy and Miller Transportation. Parents and guardians are responsible for notifying the School Office of any changes to contact information to ensure records remain current.

Upon arrival at Whitefield Academy, a staff member greets the shuttle and takes attendance before students exit. The same process is used in the afternoon to confirm all students are present for the return trip, unless the school has been notified in advance that a student will not ride the shuttle that day.
