In 1976, a group of men and women at Highview Baptist Church had a vision for a Christian school that would impact the city of Louisville for generations to come. They couldn’t imagine all God had in store.
From 1976 with only a few kindergarten classes to today with over 750 students, God has honored the vision for Whitefield and grown its impact beyond what could have been hoped or imagined.
This growth has come through the gospel partnerships of past and present donors who give generously to our school. As we pursue our vision, we invite you to participate in giving to impact lives for Christ.

Ways To Give
To honor each person’s personal giving preferences, we offer both “restricted” and “unrestricted” giving opportunities. Gifts to our Annual Fund are unrestricted toward our greatest area of need and allow the administration to utilize your gift toward the greatest impact.If you have a specific area or project that you would like to give toward, you contact our Head of School, Dr. Tyler Groves, by email at tyler.groves@whitefield.org. Matching Gifts
You may be able to multiply your gift! Many companies will match charitable gifts toward non-profits and education. Contact your Human Resources Department to find out if your company does. If your employer will match your gift, request a matching gift form from your employer and submit your claim and gift to Whitefield Academy’s Finance Office. Matching gifts are directed to the same designation as your original gift, unless your employer dictates otherwise.
Memorial/Honorary Gifts
Memorial Gifts are a special way to honor a friend or loved one. These gifts ensure a legacy that extends far into the future. Honorary Gifts are a meaningful way to pay tribute to a living person. It may honor a special occasion or achievement, or merely acknowledge the honoree’s importance in your life.
